Catheral Valley
Cathereral Gorge located in eastern Nevada is a location with unque geological formations. It is part of the state park system in Nevada and is a great place to camp and hike. We spent two night there in our small tent under a large cottenwood tree. I made this image shortly after sunset as the full moon was rising. During the day the soft bentonite clay is a vibrate red and in the evening light it takes on a soft glow that I prefer for black and white photography,
